We process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data: name, surname, date of birth, gender
• Contact data: email address, phone number
• Membership data: membership type, payment details, registration history
• Form data: data entered in registration forms for trainings, competitions and events
• Technical data: cookies, IP address (processed via Cookiebot)

• Registration and membership: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Organization of trainings and events: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data for the duration of membership and 3 years after its termination. Accounting documents are retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting legislation. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.
